Pedal Power Fiesta

On Saturday, May 3rd, we proudly hosted our pedal power celebration. We gathered at Termales de Nahualapa to honor our achievements in creating pedal-powered washing machines. Our popular pedal power blender was a hit, as we crafted delicious smoothies for everyone to enjoy!

Participants enthusiastically tested the washing machines. While there's still work to be done to make them fully operational, everyone relished the experience of pedaling and watching the machines spin!

The afternoon was a fantastic blend of community, art, music, food, dancing, and laughter! The kids enjoyed making signs, Nicole and Lailah provided music, and everyone took a turn pedaling to make smoothies!

We are committed to continuing our efforts at Las Termales, building another vertical washing machine and ensuring all three machines are in excellent working condition, ready for the people of Las Salinas to wash clothes with ease.
